The list of mods on the 1.7.10 version of the pack (excluding core mods): If you have any suggestions for missing mods for EITHER packs that'd be greatly appreciated. The 1.12 version is new and that's what I'm currently focused on, and the 1.7.10 pack is finished. If you were to be tasked with making one modpack and that's it, what mods would have to be included? You might say this is an impossible task (and you're correct), but I figured I would post here to ask for open suggestions for mods which should be included in case I missed anything. Game influence in the community (mods like gregtech in their newest and most popular incarnation for example as thermal foundation and tech reborn, are fundamental to the pack as they were considered groundbreaking or super popular when they came out)

Popularity (total downloads across the internet) of course an obvious weakness is the many 'great' and influential mods that might be missing on curse and forge or aren't as popular, and The way I've done this is by downloading mods according to these two standards: The idea is to be a 'classic Minecraft modpack' modpack you might say. Of course this is according to my own opinion, and I don't mean to be taken super seriously, but I'm attempting to make it as objectively 'all-round' as might be theoretically possible. It started as sort of a joke but has become a finished pack for 1.7.10 with the goal in mind being essentially to do exactly as described, to create a modpack, which is the best modpack possible to create. I've been working on a modpack on and off for about 7 years now which started as an attempt to gather all of Minecraft's most influential and significant mods and compile them into a single modpack according to popularity, influence, and overall impact on the minecraft community.
